I actually had a lot of fun doing this. I thought it might be interesting to do a simpler edit for once in a while!
I didn't use any effects or editing on this image so you can see exactly how she looks! I think that the right toons, .spas and edge line colours work magic on any model. And I made her clothes so glowy omg

I checked the rules for C'Miku Soft and you don't need to ask permission to distribute edits. It's fine to edit and share. Most other c'mell ones you do. It's only illegal to distribute an unedited model.
