He was a random one at the time. This is actually quite old, so you can go ahead and play with it if you'd like.

Out of curiosity, do you draw a lot of random guys/gals in your spare time? Or perhaps have some old/unused/1-shot characters like this sitting around gathering dust? I'm running a sort of "Character Reformation Program" where I take characters from those sorts of pictures, doodles, or even sketches and I breathe new life into them, so to speak. I'll either find a new home for them where they can be used instead of sitting on a shelf or re-invent their character from the ground up to be used from scratch by someone.
I know that isn't everyone's "cup o' tea", but I started it up because I got tired of seeing artists draw tons of doodle characters that looked amazing, only for them to be deleted.
