Description
An idea I hae for a Kamen Rider esque-character for Sonic Cobalt. You guessed yet, I love Kamen Rider (sarcasm)!Since I'm making stuff up as I go, even I don't know yet what his identity will be and what roll he plays.
He's a bit of a mix of the original kamen rider and Zero's look from Mega Man Zero. It needs some tweaks, but this'll do for now.
