I guess I found my kink recently...Some like bondage, others like mind control...as for I am fascinated by substances covering/possessing things in Venom symbiote like fashion.This was the result. Euphoria is a being that normally feeds on endomorphines, and forces those she traps in her body in a coma and force fed dreams that make them feel euphoria, until they are nothing but empty shells. But she can also take some of her darker colored gel, and put it on those with what she considers compatible dna, and turn them into goo-possessed flunkies.
These are only covered and influenced at first, but over time the goo merges with their body until the victim is completely gel-like, like Euprhoria herself. Euphoria isn't motivated by greed, instanity, power or anything, it's just that she follows her instinct: she needs food and she needs to reproduce.
EDIT: RENAMED HER EUPHORIA; SEEMED MORE FITTING THEN TOXICA BECAUSE SHE'S NOT REALLY POISONOUS

I dunno. Not sure if I'd make her a Sonic villainess. That last word I use loosely because she acts on instinct, otherwise she's too similar to Lyra.
One with great mental dicipline can 'tame' the slime but it requires a lot of concentration. If not they become mindless slime beasts like Toixca, only thinking of feeding and making more of themselves, or they become twisted versions of themselves...

I just assumed that she was one from the Mobian she's eating. And yeah, she's not really evil, just hungry. The heroes are more likely to look for something other than people for her to eat than to treat her as a villain.
I kinda thought that maybe they'd be subservient to Toxica, as if she were the "Hive Queen", since they'd technically be part of her.

I just found it easier to draw Mobians.
It's a form of reproduction. She may keep them around a bit to 'raise' them, before setting them loose and start over again.

How sentient is she?

As sentient as a cheetah, tiger or lion. Killing for food without remorse, but caring for their 'offspring' until they are ready to let them go. She wouldn't even be able to talk, I just imagine her making some sort of purring sound (aka anime Seviper)

Depending on how the goop affects them, but in most of those cases i'd say 'yes'

I may plan on having a character perma-bond with some goop, keep it under control and have him or her use it for the powers of good. Like Agent Venom or Menace in the spiderman comics

Either i'll bring out a really obscure character or i'll have to make another one up. I don't like doing that last one unless i'm sure it'll work, so i'll probably try the former first
