It might work, but it probably won't be as precise as an exacto knife would be. The regular pocket knife could possibly create rough messy edges on the fur. :3

You mean a head for a fursuit? Why are you making a fursuit if furries creep you out? Fursuits are iconic to the furry fandom, so you making a fursuit is like a person who finds bronies creepy making a customized FIM pony toy. If you don't like a fandom why would participate in their activities? It makes you look very hypocritical (and like a "furry in denial" to anti-furries). Plus, if you make a fursuit people will think you're a furry regardless of what you say. Keep in mind that with furries comes anti-furries and all the drama that comes with them. I'm sorry look like I'm ranting, but it really bothers me when people do this.
