Yush I am more active, and I hope I can maintain this level of art- and dA-activeness for a long time! unless my uni blocks dA again... Because I am now re-watching Naruto (specifically just re-watching the Sasuke parts XD), I have loads of ideas and motivation for drawing *___* The Uchihas, Itachi, Sasuke...I want to draw Sasuke non-stop...I've got all these ideas just flowing out, but not enough time arrgghhhh

We both need to be active together and spam the world with more Sasuke fanart

yep the time issue can be really irritating. I remember when I was watching Avatar, or those Ghibli Studio movies, the urge to just grab the tablet and draw all the ideas that were overflowing And recent Naruto chapters pack with beautiful Uchiha awesomeness

In 2 more weeks I will [hopefully] be free like a kangaroo too. With you coming back from the ashes of inactivity, Oh yeah, I can see it! a new Sasuke era is at its dawn.

I very much prefer the judging system we have now. That system you linked is a little bit too strict for my liking, and too objective for something as subjective as art. I think that system will work really well if we don't know the judges we have well/ would want to get rid of the possible bias from a judging. Not saying that our system will create more loopholes for bias, but in our case, we know all the judges well and we trust them in their judging capabilities, they will do their job honestly.

However there are stuff we can take from the system, just as a reference. This:
Artistic Skill/Composition--->
Contest Interpretation --->
Creativity/Originality --->
Judge's Overall Impression of the Work --->

is a very good list for judging guidelines.

The IB entrance exams are over, I luckily aced them Those awaits are normal school exams, wouldn't be much of a pain had there not been like 6-7 of them at once, plus I'm also having a half term oral presentation next week. PUF! My celebration plan is doomed OTL

Agreed, that's what I've been thinking too. And honestly stiff criteria takes the fun away Those judging guidelines can indeed be very useful though.
