So I found the motivation to finish Ata's guild card AND change her clothes ovo

Atala Fenix (フイニックス ・ アタラ, Atara Fuinikkusu) is a Mage of the Fairy Tail Guild, wherein she is a member of Team Natsu. Although not a Dragon Slayer, she accompanied the five Dragon Slayers sent to the future from four hundred years past, having additional purpose in the assistance of the defeat of Acnologia.Personality
Atala takes exceptional pride in her magical abilities and is very confident in her words—even if she is wrong—often to the point of arrogance. Despite this, she is an open, gentle, and genuinely loving person. While she doesn’t do it often, Atala enjoys reading literature and is one of the few who are allowed to read Lucy Heartfilia’s novel about her adventures with Fairy Tail. Aside from this, Atala enjoys cooking, shopping, and animals. Her favorite colors are lavender and blue.
Atala has a love for fighting though will moreso fool around during Fairy Tail’s frequent brawling. She will, however, take fighting seriously when faced with threat and it is then that she will keep her head straight and fight until the end. Atala cares deeply for her comrades, willing to sacrifice her body and, sometimes, life in order to keep them safe. She fiercely protects those that matter to her, even if she has only been allied to a person for a short while. Atala despises when people betray their comrades and will often become enraged when she experiences this or watches it happen, such as when she was angered with Laxus during the Battle of Fairy Tail arc and beared a bitter grudge against him. Although she is frightened of large bugs and drowning, she overcomes her worries and will stand up to the challenge, not minding that she is harming herself for her friends and guild. In addition, due to Atala’s love for fighting, her mind has adapted so that she will think strategically, pinpointing the weaknesses of her opponent’s techniques or simply a weakness her opponents possess themselves. Atala is stubborn and, although not as reckless as her friend Natsu Dragneel, will never back down from a fight.
Magic and Abilities
Fire Phoenix Slayer Magic (不死鳥魔法, Fushichyō Mahō): Atala is adept with her Phoenix Slayer Magic and makes use of it in many different forms while in combat. As a Phoenix Slayer, she is mostly immune/resistant towards fire (including explosives) and can also consume her respective element. Just like that of Natsu Dragneel, Atala is able to use the Flame of Emotion, meaning the heat of her fire can increase in temperature, which is proportional to her emotional state. As such, Atala’s Magic revolves around the fire that can spout from any part of her anatomy. However, unlike most colors of fire, Atala’s flame is shown to be violet.
Fire Phoenix’s Scream (火凰の悲鳴, Kaō no Himei): Atala’s signature Phoenix’s Scream in which she quickly gathers and releases a large quantity of flames from her mouth towards her target, similar to Natsu’s Fire Dragon’s Roar. In addition, she is able to produce a scream while using this spell that is strong enough to shatter glass and seriously incapacitate her opponents if they are at close range.
Fire Phoenix’s Sky Fist (火凰の拳空, Kaō Kobushi Sora): Atala engulfs her fists in flames and punches the target. For increased impact and destructive power, she must be coming skyward (e.g. if she jumped, was falling, etc.).
Fire Phoenix’s Wing Attack (火凰翼撃, Kaō no Tsubasa): Atala rushes towards her target and grabs them before setting her hands ablaze and sending them into the air and ravishes them with powerful blows.
Fire Phoenix’s Vermillion Dance (火凰の踊り朱, Kaō no Odori ga Shu): While performing this attack, Atala spins around in a circle while extending her arms, sending feather-like fire projectiles towards her target(s). Unlike her usual violet flame, the color is vermillion.
Fire Phoenix’s Drill Attack (火凰のくり抜く撃, Kaō no Kurimeku): Atala runs at high speeds towards her target, her fists incased with flames and strikes them with both hands at a certain place on the enemy’s body, sending them backwards and, often, winded.
Fire Phoenix’s Blazing Wing (火凰の炎天翼, Kaō no Enten Tsubasa): With her arms lit ablaze, Atala swipes at her target in a X-like fashion, burning them when the attack makes contact.
Fire Phoenix Empress Spells
Fire Phoenix Empress’ Scream (火凰女皇の悲鳴, Kaōjokō no Himei): An enhanced and empowered version of her Fire Phoenix’s Scream.
Fire Phoenix Empress’ Incineration (火凰女皇の焼却, Kaōjokō no Shōkyaku): With her body set on fire, Atala relentlessly attacks her target, severely burning them.
Phoenix Slayer’s Secret Art (火凰奥義, Kaō Ōgi)
Golden Crown: Fire Phoenix’s Fist (金色冠火凰, Kiniro Kanmuri Kaō): Atala rapidly punches her target with her hands lit ablaze, creating a fiery explosion after each subsequent contact.
Golden Crown: Brilliant Wing Torrent (金色冠燦々翼奔流, Kiniro Kanmuri Sansan Honryū): Atala swipes her arms in a circular fashion, creating a powerful and highly destructive torrent of flames that barrages her target. Atala habitually uses this spell as a finishing move.
Royal Sun (王立太陽, Ōritsu Taiyō)
Royal Sun’s Exploding Star (王立太陽の星, Ōritsu Taiyō no Hoshi): Atala first charges at her enemy, her fist releasing a huge amount of fire in the process. After a brief delay, she punches the target with an immense force so strong, in fact, that it shatters the biggest of her foes to pieces and leaves a crater.
Royal Sun’s Rose (王立太陽薔薇, Ōritsu Taiyō Bara): Atala holds her hands out in front of her and creates a large ball of flames before shooting a column of vermillion fire at her target. However, it is an exhausting spell and she will only use this in dire situations.
Time Fire Phoenix Mode (モード時刻炎火凰, Mōdo Jikoku Kaō): When in a state of anger, Atala is able to use this Mode and determine when her target will feel the burning effects of her attack, within a five minute time limit from when her attack hit. When in this mode, she gains the ability to use her Fire Phoenix Slayer Magic, but with blue fire. However, when Atala is able to summon forth this power, it leaves her heavily exhausted and with very low Magic Power.
Time Fire Phoenix’s Scream (時刻火凰悲鳴, Jikoku Kaō Himei): Atala’s alternate, time-influenced version of her Fire Phoenix’s Scream. Atala gathers blue fire in her mouth, subsequently then releasing them in a large, destructive blast that will follow a dodging target.
Time Fire Phoenix’s Sky Fist (時刻火凰拳空, Jikoku Kaō Kobushi Sora): Atala’s alternate, time-influenced version of her Fire Phoenix’s Sky Fist. Atala engulfs her hand in blue flames and punches her target either on foot or falling from the air (e.g. if she jumped, was falling, etc.). In addition to the burning effect, her opponents are also rendered frozen for a small amount of time, due to a blue fire’s temperature.
Time Fire Phoenix’s Sunray (時刻火凰日差し, Jikoku Kaō Hizashi): A long-range attack in which Atala shoots a column of blue flames at her opponent, rendering them momentarily blind and burned.
Time Fire Phoenix’s Blazing Wing (時刻火凰炎天翼, Jikoku Kaō Enten Tsubasa): Atala’s alternate, more powerful version of her Fire Phoenix: Blazing Wing. Atala engulfs her arms in blue flames and, instead of swiping her arms, she claps her hands together powerfully, releasing the flames in a large, blade-shape attack at incredible speeds.
Phoenix Force (火凰の力 フェニックス フオース, Fuinikkusu Fōsu): Atala has been shown to be able to enter Phoenix Force. This ability is said to be the final and most powerful state a Phoenix Slayer can attain, and it has said that their power becomes comparable to that of a real Phoenix’s.
Hidden Fire Form - Golden Bird: Dragon Fist (不知火型金色鳥竜拳, Shiranuigata Kiniro Tori Ryūkobushi): Atala ignites her entire body with fire, charging at her opponent and sending them into the air with a powerful uppercut. Similar to her Fire Phoenix’s Drill Attack, Atala rapidly punches her target before headbutting them in the head. This spell appears to be Atala’s strongest, able to have a Phoenix’s piercing power and a Dragon’s explosive power.
Enhanced Eyesight: Atala has a very sharp sense of eyesight, able to spot objects from far distances.
Immense Strength: Atala has shown on numerous occasions to possess a high degree of strength, enough for her to perform a number of physical feats, among which are freely swinging around a tree which she personally broke, bare handed, and shattering a stone wall.
Enhanced Reflexes: Atala possesses fast reflexes, having been capable of dodging attacks from Erza, Laxus, and many more opponents.
Immense Speed: Atala’s speed is over the top, enough for her to close great distances in the blink of an eye and dodge quick attacks.
Immense Durability: Atala has proven herself to be incredibly durable. She has managed to take continual, deadly assaults from foes and still continue fighting.
Immense Magic Power: Atala can exert her Magic Power in the form of enormous, scalding aura that can generate heat of such magnitude that it is capable of melting the entirety of the stone coliseum, as well as burn off the clothes of any nearby individuals. This displays some level of her aura, as nobody was actually harmed by the heat and her clothes remained.
Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Atala is an extremely proficient unarmed fighter, usually using her Fire Phoenix Slayer Magic in combination with her physical attacks to combat her opponents with great effect.
Trivia
Phoenix Slayer Magic is similar to a Dragon Slayer's Magic. However, they are taught differently. A Phoenix Slayer's training is forced to progress quickly, since a phoenix dies ten years after their birth, leaving their egg in its wake.
- Renita, Atala's foster mother, however, was the "birth mother" to all phoenixes. Therefore, she will always be reborn in addition to laying an egg when she dies.
Atala enjoys singing, but doesn’t like talking about it or performing in front of large crowds.
Atala and Natsu joined Fairy Tail together as children.
They met four days after the disappearance of their foster parents and stuck together since then.
Her ideal type is stubborn, but lovable men.
When asked what animal she would prefer to be, Atala answered that she’d like to be an owl.
According to the Volume 16 Limited Edition: Sorcerer Interview:
The best quality of Fairy Tail according to Atala was, “You don’t have to hide who you are here; we’re all different, but we’re all family.”
She wishes to become S-Class, and find her phoenix, Renita, in the future.
She has good relationships with Natsu, Cana, and Lucy.
Atala claims she hasn’t encountered a job too hard for her to handle (though she has always had company during a mission).
There are provided battle statistics for the X791 contestants in the Grand Magic Games. The stats, however, were provided from the viewpoint of Sorcerer Magazine reporter Jason.
