This is a threstral, those dead horse things from Harry Potter ^^ They're coolCharcoal and smudgies and white colored pencil on charcaol paper. Stupid scanner. Oh well... Hope yah like it

Nope, I haven't seen makani's thestral *goes to look at it* oooo! It's like mine, only it has a couple hundred more favs and it's cooler. hehe x3

Wow, this is amazing! I love the skeletal structure and the whole feel of it... it really fits what a Thestral might be.

This is much better than my attempt! -stuffs her attempt behind her back-
-considers- I think i screwed up because i done a boring pose, i just took a side on view of it so it's far way legs kind of merged with the front legs, so it looked like it was standing on just 2 legs 
Maybe there are different breeds of Thestrals, mine is a Shire horse and yours is a Arab

That's friggin awsome, almost exactly how i imagined them. I'd think it'd be cool if they really existed but i wouldn't be able to see them since i haven't seen someone die (except my cat *sniff*). The skeleton-ness of it looks great and the ice cold stare. I luv it +fav!!
