The only complaint I have is that her boobs are way too big.
One of the more appealing, and intersting thing about Duenan was her realistic athletic build, including her b-cup sized breasts.
As for the question, it is confirmed that they do indeed have sex from the very first story arc. Hell, just looking at the outfits she wears specifically to arouse Bri is enough to confirm this.
And to correct an earlier poster, Duenan does have a cybernetic implant, her eye, which was lost during a training excercise.

Because of this body, Bri is probably not having sexual needs, probs the only ones he has are sleeping and eating. The thing that he wears clothes is probably just a reflex, like we all have. But psychically he's still a hot guy with a great sense of humour
Shirow was always stressing that he still has a feeling in his skin, and he is adjusting his own body temperature close to 36.6 because of Deunan.
Dunno, what can be 'hinted' there, while we have clear scenes with Dee wondering 'bout marriage or looking on some wedding dresses on the display, they're always hugging, kissing... Living, sleeping and working together from years. It's just that their relationship went through this pretty hard test, some things had to change and surely don't look like before, but with his attitude and her tolerance, I'm pretty sure they're still having their intimate moments and it's friggin' beautifull IMO, we just cannot imagine that - cuz of known reasons. But like someone said: "Everything is possible on Olympus". ;]

Haha, the manga seem to imply the positive. My guess is it's cyber sex like Kusanagi had with two of her girlfriends in the GITS manga (dual language release from Japan. The scene was edited from the American release).

Deunan Knute has a strong sexual appeal to her even when she's totally relaxed and I like how Briareos looks like he's smiling as he places the cannon shell between Deunan's legs.
