First off, I really like the sleek lines and the tiny freckles on her face, collarbone and arms. I've seen many drawings from this artist and she has developed an own unique style. This drawing is an example of her simple, but yet beautiful style and certinly one of her best of these kind so far.
The pose of this character looks very nice and relaxed and also fits her serene expression. The porportions match and the perspective in both the (from my point of vieuw) left arm and her face look just right.
If I have to nitpick however (and cirtiques are a great way to nitpick so please don't take this too hard XD) I'd day that the lines could be a bit more well-defined. Meaning that at some ends or crossways of the lineart it looks just a tad messy. This isn't too distracting so it's not a great flaw, but just a minor one.
And the last nitpick-y point here is the shading of her hair. In my opinion and judging by the way her clothes are 'lit' (by the lightsource) the hair should have less shading and more highlights. But then again, this is just my opinion.
Other then two small things this drawing looks very neat! And I look forward to another drawing of this artist!
