Soundwave Β came back, though sadly a very short one, but still it was glorious. And given he basically looked exactly the same, save for a few minor changes, this proves that Robots in Disguise is indeed a continuation of Prime.ΒRelated content

Then he got a new body, retaining his prime head but with a body more resembling his G1 self, and he started talking, and all of the sudden he didn't feel like the same character anymore.

I missed Soundwave so much after Raf and the others put him in the shadow zone, but when I saw the episode where Soundwave returns, I was so excited!!! I kinda wish he talked though like he did in Prime. I think the Transformers Prime version of Soundwave is the best.
