I very rarely favour sunsets as they are mostly so similar, but this is the second I'm favouring this morning. Wonderful shot.

This shot just screamed at me as a thumbnail, and it's way more fantastic as a full view. I honestly can't find anything I dislike about it. The colors and their progression are fantastic, the composition is lovely. It's as great of a shot like this as I've ever seen. Wonderfully exposed. Truly makes me miss being out west. Great Job!

299 faves, well 300 now???? Probably your best capture John. This rocks on so many levels. FM.com is a great, great place.
If some other people on this site (you know who I mean) had posted this it would have at least 5000 faves. It's a stunning capture.

hey thanks much Dave and I hear ya! I am gettin there, slowly but surely and ya, I agree, it woulda gotten 5000 if a certain few would have posted this! FM flat out ROCKS and I have a long love for that place. I have learned so much more there than here it is nuts. I think what I will be doing is posting my landscapes there, then taking into account the suggestions, and then post them here after feedback there.

this is amazing..what a beautiful world we are in....
I wondered if there is an easy way to find the exact colors that goes together, not necessarely complementary but harmonious..you seem to always push your colors towards this aestetic feeling as in your recent DD where the overall colors are perfectly combined...are there any calculations for this or is it totally intuitive?
your work is amazing...
