I think its funny how my practice runs or my free style drawings, seem to come out better than the ones I plan. Maybe I should stop planning? I don't know. Anyways I drew this, way before the Chalk Contest. I just wanted to see if I could do it or not.It took me about 12 hours to complete and I free handed this one. Wish I had better pictures of this, but this is what I have for now.
What do you think of this chalk drawing? Critiques are always welcomed.

It's always fun to free-wheel, Kayla. Spontaneous flowing of creative energy! *smile* Maybe it's the thrill of risk. Rolling the dice to see if it turns out well...or turns out badly. I this case...it turned out well! *smile* I'm a child of the 60's, and cut my teeth on older book illustrations that depicted dinosaurs as "tail-draggers". Your beast here has a similar nostalgic feel.

Thanks!!! I love the classic look of dinosaurs and the new look as well. To a point, don't really car for the whole chicken feather look on T-Rex, but I am stubborn like that. I am glad you like it. 
Surprisingly the hardest thing to draw was the little cow. :Z
