Arjun, again. I haven't been able to concentrate on much else since I did the original drawing of him (glowy necklace type thing) and so I've been doing mad sketching of him in school notes, but unfortunately I am without scanner. Figured it'd be good to get something on the comptuer of him, other than the original drawing.

He's a kite elf... other info about him written there (for my own ref). the thing about the family emblem and his marks: he's born with them. Kite elves are born that way. They don't have surnames, just emblems. Emblems always go in the middle of the forehead. Also, the age: divide by two and you pretty much have the conversion of Kite ages -> our ages.

A note on the crown: he has to wear it since he was formally crowned prince, so that his family emblem can show easily. He's a carefree trouble maker before he's crowned (around age 26) but after he's crowned he becomes sad and subdued. The necklace glows when it's time for him to be crowned, I decided, because the design on the necklace was his mom's markings. It glows again, changes to his own when he's crowned and doesn't glow again unless there's a need for him to be king (even if the old king isn't gone yet)... and all of that fun stuff. The necklace that he has on when he's 10 years older is a random one that enchances his magic. A gift.
