I really love this... I keep coming back to it... the only CC i can give is that regis looks like a child rather than a halfling

Thanks so much! I agree with you. When I made this one I did not have much in the way of creating a halfling. The description of him, if i remember correctly is that he could pass for a child. It was one of his tricks to be able to steal from people. I did not have the morph to make him fatter. I might redo this one with another figure. The new kids have different heights. I have them but have not installed them in poser yet. I think with this one I was just trying to show how protective Drizzt was of him. What is it that is bringing you back to it?

Siyo, kkyak! I thought to check out your work and wow, I'm amazed at your talent with 3-D. This image is striking in how well the figures integrate into the setting. I really like the detail in the clothing and textures. It looks real enough to touch, well done!

Hey there, what does Siyo mean? Thank you, again. For the wonderful comments.

"Siyo" is short for "Osiyo" and it essentially means "hello" in Tsalagi, or Cherokee. I love my ancestry and use the language when I can. Thanks for asking! I appreciate your interest.

Ah cool, good to know. My grandfather was half Cherokee and half English. So does that make me Cherokee too?

If my math is correct you're at the minimum legal requirement to claim Cherokee heritage. Your children won't unless you marry back into the tribe. Legal aspect aside, I go by the saying, "You don't have to have Indian blood to have an Indian heart." So, yes, you are Cherokee. Look up the tribe on Cherokee.org. You'll find all kinds of resources including language lessons and a word list. I've no contact with the tribe so I depend on this as a tiny toehold to my heritage. I study everything I can about our history and culture. The Cherokee are a beautiful people and learning about their culture helped me through rough times in my life.

Oh thanks for the Info. I will check it out. It sounds very interesting.
I had a dream once that i was an indian woman, I was stuffing dried grass into my leather shoes. I liked that dream a lot.
In another one, I had dream of a young thin/but tall grey wolf. He was sitting down , like a foot from me. I will never forget the look in his eyes. So much love, it was amazing.
As you can see i keep track of my dreams. I will have to make a picture of him some day.
