Long Story short: Because Charmander is not an evolved Pokemon, Charmander practically is a baby! Or so his trainer thinks. So he has to wear diapers, and charmander isnt sure if he likes it or not. He isnt a baby anymore, he is probably thinking
Made after a Roleplay about a trainer who choosed Charmander his starter and treated him like a little baby
