This script also works with normal items and you can "fake" items.For example, the dex is not a real item but I can choose a icon sprite to show.
Real items will have their real icon sprite (the small one), but if you make another icon sprite and name it "item[itemnum]key" that icon will be showed in the animation instead of the small one (this is what I mean www.spriters-resource.com/reso⦠)
pbGetKeyItem(PBItems:: POTION, 5) - Will get obtained item text after animation
pbGetKeyItem("icondex") - Fake get item

When using this for any real item it plays the animation and then another music effect plays when the text box appears. How do you get rid of the second music effect?
