eatching is a removing a metal with a use of chemicals
the technic i use in short:
1.make a design
2.print it or photocopy it on to a transparent film
3.transfer design on silver with the use of an iron
4.deep it in a water solution of an ferric nitrate
5.cleaning
surface of silver not covered by design will be eatched/removed
