Oh, feel free to ask about anything, mate! To be honest, those are just some random skiing goggles. They popped up when I searched eBay for "mirror ski goggles" or something like that and I just picked the coolest looking ones, haha! Another option was to get proper tactical goggles like ESS and then buy mirror tape to stick on them, but that seemed like a lot of unnecessary work given that I didn't intend to use this costume for airsoft or any other extreme sports.

Cheers for the comment, mate! Glaqd you like it. I'm extremely happy with how well the costume turned out. And I was lucky that I found this vest - it was pretty cheap but boy, is it durable! One could think that you'd get a non-functional replica for such price, but surprisingly it can take quite a smack with the police baton and baseball bat.

Don't mind at all, mate! It's the Mil-Tec Anti-Riot vest/breast protector. Pretty cheap and boy, is it functional. I got hit with a baseball bat and my ESP police baton and I didn't feel a thing. And they've put quite some force into their swings!
Unlike most similar products this one actually offers protection, so it's not just an overpriced, non-functional piece of a costume, it's a real, working riot vest!

Hmm.. I think they won't ship it to US, at least not from the amazon uk, but I found another vest on the american amazon. 
You could also try some local(in your state or nearby) tactical gear online stores in the US to see if you wouldn't find a better price for that.

It hurts here they do not sell this model of jacket finishes parts of the protections but the tactical jacket will replace it by a jacket model molle

Well.. you definetely should look for the vest manufactured by Mil-Tec if you can't get your hands on a real used riot vest. It's cheaper but still very functional(got hit with a huge lead pipe in the stomach and the impact was spread evenly on the body, reducing the pain factor).
About the gear.. well, it's not really that hard - the base is a black undersuit(preferably black BDU, but as you can see here - I'm wearing a typical black shirt and black jeans.
After that you're really free to come up with what you like - the knee/elbow protectors, gloves, tactical belts, pouches, knives and whatnot - it's really up to you whatever you put on yourself so you find it cool and it looks pretty legit.
I, for example, really didn't like the idea of using motorbike helmets for UBCS costume - I find it silly while dustmask + goggles and helmet looks much more menacing!

I'm planning on some trinkets like you said, with pouches and such. And i am also going to try and construct/Find something that could work as a riot shield.

Haha, dzięki, ale to był mój pierwszy kostium. Debiutował na BAKA Y2k11 i był tak poplujlarny(tekst Ace'a Ventury), że aż mnie zatkało. Nawet dostałem od stanowiska z grami kopię RE 5. xD Teraz jestem w trakcie pracy nad nowym kostiumem, niedługo będę wrzucał zdjęcia z progressu.
