Wasn't a bad looking guy before opium, gluttony, and rabid antisemitism made a terrible waste of a WWI hero.

Oh, look, another sock-puppet.
Werwolf was the most constipated "resistance movement" ever. Historically, Werwolf was good only at broadcasting inflated claims while hiding behind the anonymity of underground radio. Off the air they had a crippling aversion to anyone who might *not* be unarmed.
Werwolf created sock-puppets decades before the internet was even invented.
So let me see if I understand your current pretense...
1st pretend you're anything other than a catspaw for Der-Himmelstern.
2nd pretend calling Goering a fallen *hero* is a politically correct line that one can safely "parrot" (as if you'd dare call him a hero out loud).
Next you'll pretend to be the wronged party: *pretend* that w34w0lf doesn't actually mean Werwolf, because you're such a polite and well behaved sock-puppet, right?
Count me out.

He was under constant morphine due to a bullet in the bones of his basin.
He got this while doing the beer hall putsch.

I don't see how his mind was affected though.
It seemed the discussion was about his physical appearance.

I've often wondered which was more corrosive to his character, the addiction to opiates or the politics?
Assuming that he started them because of a bullet taken in the abortive putsch, then even his introduction to opiates was *because* of his politics.
Yet another case study where even opium addiction takes second billing to politics as a poison of mind.

Indeed: Göring of WW1 and this one look like 2 different persons.
