So.
My story for the the night pride is a liittle different then the canon one.
So from the top to bottom:

Janna:
Mother to Sahasi and Surak. A long time ruler of her Pride. Is supposed to leave the throne for her older son Sahasi, but when he and his mate suddenly pass, she keeps the throne until Sahasi's daughter Rani is old enough to rule but she dies when Rani is still too young.

Sahasi:
A mate to Ananda. Father to Rani.

Ananda:
A mate to Sahisi, mother to Rani.

Surak:
A younger brother to Sahasi. (maybe a half-brother?). Mate to Nirmala and a father to Baliyo (yes made him Rani's cousin instead of brother). Jealous of his king-to-be brother until given the guard-duties. When Janna dies, Surak finds Rani too young to rule and steps in as a regent, a ruler 'till Rani's of age. He breaks the relationship with Rani and Kion as it's threatening to his rule. He wants to make his son Baliyo the future ruler after him instead of Rani but his plan fails when Baliyo falls for Tiifu and leaves the tree of life to go to the Pridelands. Turns his pride into a more war-ish one.

Nirmala:
Surak's mate and Baliyo's mother. A healer and a part of the tree of life's scouts ( a team his husband established during his rule).

Rani:
The future leader. Has a crush on Kion during her cub years.
Make's the rank of a scout during her teen years.

Baliyo:
Tiifu's mate. Her cubs' father.
