This is so pretty! :3 I love how you drew her eyes. My only critique is that I think the pocketwatch should be a bigger. It looks like she is able to completly cover it with her fist. But the rest is perfect! I can't draw her militia outfit. o_o

I like Rosette, she's cool, and so is Chrno Crusade.
Aside from her right shoulder being off, and the hand fading into inexistence, it looks pretty good.
