I'm guessing it had something to do with the eyes in comparison to the smile. Her eyes almost appear relaxed, while her smile seems to portray her usual hysteria and "spunk". Of course, that's very minor, and your lineart is incredibly clean and your form is impeccable. Very well done, my friend.
