Description
The Planeteer's summoned Captain Planet to fight yet another pollution related threat, in this case pools of tar-like toxic waste were being found near a watershed area. The Captain began flitting about transmuting the sludge into more eco-friendly substances, but was unable to find their source. He zeroed in on the largest spill of this sludge and flew closer to begin the clean-up and suddenly from a nearby sewer pipe a stream of the same disgusting toxic ooze struck him from behind with great force and with a painful cry, Captain Planet fell into the sticky thick toxic tar.

A thick gurgling laugh came from the pipe as the shape of a powerfully built man emerged from a sudden gush of the same spewing slime. His skin was darkly coloured like tars and oils, and indeed that ooze freely flowed from his mouth, dripping all over him slowly like molasses.

"Poor hero," the figure crooned to Captain Planet who was thrashing in the thickly sucking ooze. 'The very same industrial sludge that birthed me makes you weak. You are nothing compared to the inevitable power of the Toxic Spew!'

Captain Planet gathered his strength and began to rise from the mire and even began to use some of his powers to clean himself of the waste. Spew made a sound like he was sucking in air and the spit another stream of sticky slime all over him. Planet went down again, stuck even deeper in the sludge, struggling feebly. Toxic Spew leaped into the ooze with him and wrestled with him, laughing as he smeared more slime and sludge all over Captain Planet's body.

"I am living proof of life after dirt. I am the evolution of this world; a world of sludge and toxins. I shall make all life like me, dripping and toxic. All will choke on Toxic Spew for after all... you are what you eat!' he loomed menacingly over Captain Planet's body and grabbed his head in his hands. Planet looked up, gasping in pain as he saw even more toxic sludge bubbling up from within his foe.

"Say 'ahh,' Captain Planet!"
