Yes the necromancer is my second favorite class, and I am looking forward the Lich Form. A necromancer is a must. Too bad, most of the other professions are too...

Yeah the more I look at it the harder time I have picking a profession that I don't want to play. Picking one to play first is going to be a major challenge since I plan to create at least three characters when I start out.

I think I will leave out the melee classes out for first... But I know I will start with a human Mesmer.
And matching the race with the profession will be hard too... Human is too common, but since my mesmer is human in GW1 (indeed), so in GW2 I will start a human first.
But even the Charr has some charms.

I'm actually going to be starting with melee I think. Warrior, guardian, and elementalist are my top three and the demo I got of the elementalist during PAX Prime was spent with dual daggers. It was very up close and personal without losing the elementalist feel and I loved every minute of it.
I'll be going human guardian to tie back to my Guild Wars warrior who always played more tank than DPS. Then I think I'll take a look at asura and sylvari... and norn... and charr eventually.

Actually the last weekend of April would work better for me, but earlier would be great too. They were talking about a stress test before the first BWE although that is under NDA so it could be this weekend.

The last weekend is the Birthday of Guild Wars 1 - I think they will not want to kill the in-game event with the beta. The event is another good tool for further advertisement...

Oh man, I've been so focused on Guild Wars 2 I forgot all about the birthday celebration for Guild Wars. I guess the end of the month is going to fly by.
