She is a robot who is a copy of her "Sister", Chromia. Chromia was built by a good scientist, Taaffea was built by an evil scientist, using stolen blueprints. Taaffea wants to be a rescue worker who saves people in disasters, but she also wants to make her "father" (the evil scientist) happy, so she does the crimes he asks her to do, such as stealing equipment or rare materials.
Taaffea is jealous of her "Sister" and wants to prove that she is better even though she is a copy. She wants to fight her sister Chromia, but she will set that aside if people are in danger, because she wants to be a hero most of all.
Taaffea likes to act tough so people won't think she's weak, but a bug in her programming keeps her from acting tough when she sees a cute animal!
