You charge a lot for a background you did not make, the person who did does not want you do charge for it either .
This is quite the scam... I suggest you be more professional with this then, this commission would have cost... what.. 200 dollars while the only thing you did your best on were the full bodies? Who again.. don't line up on the ground.

I am not harming anyone by using stocks that I was allowed to use for commercial use. I personally contacted the owner for the permission of using it for Commercial use/ aka this commission picture, giving her proper credits and showing her the final artwork. You make it sound like it doesn't require any effort in using stocks. I don't force anyone to commission me.

So you're saying the creator fully agreed you are allowed to use for 'commercial use' and get a ton of money from something you use for free. (I believe commercial use means to use it like an ad, not actually (resell) the product.)
And I do agree, I don't think it takes such an effort to smash some pics together and add a few filters which is probably 30 mins worth. So you are making a giant profit off something you only made half of in my opinion.
