Since I've been bummed with the current and upcoming armour offerings in 'Star Wars: The Old Republic' I decided to use my Human Female Jedi Consular as a model and show what I feel would be an appropriate look for her.Any comments are appreciated, I've never really designed an outfit from scratch before.

The design makes me think of ancient greek designs in a more futuristic fashion.

Hehe. For a Jedi who has effectively sworn to an oath of celibacy (though many of them doesn't really care), she is dress in a surprisingly sexy and suggestive way (kind of remind me of Padme from the prequel trilogy). But I guess that since she is a diplomat, her outfit will serve as a great... 'distraction' for the representatives on the other side when she is negotiating. Not to mention that it will certainly help with the Republic's recruitment numbers (If she pickedΒ Sage Β asΒ her advance class and specializes in healing, I can already imagine Republic grunts joking about how this Jedi can 'heal them anytime').
Jokes aside, as a fellow SWTOR player, I am happy to see more art of the JediΒ Consular on this site. Thank you very much for sharing your work with us!Β Β Β Β

Seems like she'd be a rather 'down to earth' character. Very 'go with the flow'. Delightful piece, btw :3

Disappointed with The Old Republic too, huh? I'm pissed about how the whole thing's gone myself. The full story, particularly some of the class stories, are pretty awful. Often outlandish.
I'm trying to rewrite the whole thing to have it all make sense within the constraints of the time period. Fix up the game mechanics too, such as the class system.

But yeah, this really great. The clothing really does tell me "Old Republic". Elegant and stylish without being incredibly gaudy, as TOR's character and clothing designs are.

This is a delightful design. It still has the modesty that is present in traditional Jedi garb, but it also shows off the strength of her feminine beauty! Its very tasteful and certainly fits into the universe quite nicely.

love the corset. I love them in my designs too, I think they should get more action ^^

For males just remove the shirt, the corset and the scarf and you're done. Pretty diplomatic, right?

Great looking armor 
Your armor idea is a wish granted. In the upcoming patch, there will be an armor set out for Consulars that looks pretty much like this

you know what? I don't think the Consular armor is for males anyway... considering they all look like dresses

Cute picture, but it looks more like a cocktail dress than anything I'd consider diplomatic or scholarly.
