Short Bio:

When venom invited Yvonne Hines to join Venom she resurrected an old overwatch AI project Reactive Unified Bioroid Interface which was proposed by Yvonne to create a network that uses cybernetic constructs to collect combat data to analyze and execute various solutions to deal with threats including Heroes or Overwatch operatives who went rogue however it was never put into action due to Jacob Morgan canceling the project's funding.

Only for the project to be resurrected during Venom's attempt at conquering the world the Rubi AI program was downloaded into a cyborg body outfitted with anti Almorian weaponry with the orders to seek out terminate the following Almorians on her list Alpha Girl, Zonald, and Mighty man /General Rez or subdue them for capture before they became threats.

However when the cyborg assassin encountered said targets in Downtown Peril City during the invasion it almost succeeded in its mission if not for actions of Spider Vixen (( who was on a Date with General Rez at the time)), Novastar and Wyldchilde ((who had returned to earth with Alpha Girl from space after meeting with the Lady Hoshi's fleet )), and Wonderboy and Sailor Girl who were coordinating with the H.U.S.H. who was working with the National Guard and PCPD* (Peril City Police Department) who worked together to remove her Metronite core that served as her heart .

After being reprogramed by Jacob Morgan and placed into an organic combat replicant body created by Jayson Lucs the combat AI now known as Ruby Hart was able to start over and explore her new life with a clean slate now working for Rebecca Morgan as her head of Morgantech's Praetorians reporting to Ingrid Pendleton.

UPDATE:

Due to recent events with Peril City Mystery and Alpha Mom and Spider Vixxen one-shot, Ruby Hart has accompanied Rebecca Morgan out of Hera Tower when she went to work as Pamela's Assistant at the Parks Foundation to serve as their Head of security. She also starts wearing Maid outfits in Rebecca's new home after watching anime with combat maid themes to understand humans better. Or to get a rise out of her Maintenance Manager Nigel Holt ((note: He will be staring in later issues.))
