I tried to make it look as creepy as possible with the torn skin on the transformed version. The face is just something that I liked the look of. I can't remember where I saw something similar to it. It might have been from a game or movie, but I drew some inspiration from there.

Making my characters muscular is a bad habit of mine, but for this particular one it was supposed to more look like his skin is sunken and shriveled.
