xD A week ago, I heard that 80's song called "Message in a bottle" (who was singing that again...? The Police...? Or Sting...?).
Anyway, I thought the title was too cool for not using it for a picture, and this instantly appeared in my mind. It doesn't "relate" to the song, just to the words of a "message in a bottle"...
I guess I could have put more work and more effort in this picture because I really liked the idea; but lately I really have no time for drawing at all, so I just tried to make a little *something* at least and have fun, instead of forcing myself to do something boringly long and complicated to draw... and anyway I will have plenty of new ideas when I finally have time for drawing... xD;;
So yes, it could have used some refinement. But I don't have the time. :3
Apart from that, I pretty much like the result, though I guess that many people will find it too simple.
Yes, my skills at drawing hands and feet could definitely use some work.... but who cares, hands and feets are so overrated nowadays. (xD J/k).
At least I tried!
I hope you will enjoy this! I don't think I'll have much stuff to submit in the next few weeks (but who knows), so...

Oh but I like the hands and feet positions here. It makes the bottle seem a lot more crowded than it really should be if she stood straight or something.
It's interesting that this bottled message isn't in a sea or something, since that's usually why they're in bottles.

You're really an inspiring artist .. you wont believe, you have a real neo-gothic, expressive, emotional style that really appeals to me. The red-haired girl and her dress, especially her red hair and the dress, are adorable. I had to go "wow" a little when seeing the dress. A swell concept and an expressive way to produce the whole thing.. And as said, your inking is simply sweet. Hoping to see more of you soon

ouais, c'etait the Police qui chantait ca.
Le concept est super interessant. Assez dark, aussi non? La robe est absolument geniale (mais faut dire que j'adore les bretelles en general, hehe...)
Et elle a le pouce de l'auto-stoppeuse! lol
Sinon, les ptits motifs qui pendent du plafond, ca devient ta marque de fabrique!!!

En fait c'est pas si dark que ça parce qu'à la base, le liquide rouge était sensé être de l'encre, et pas du sang... mais bon c'est vrai que ça ressemble à du sang en fait... xD;;

Oui, c'est vrai qu'en ce moment je fais plein de bidules qui pendouillent du plafond... c'est mieux que le background tout blanc ou uni... En fait je suis très mauvaise pour les backgrounds, c'est pas que je sois nulle en perspective, mais ça me prend un temps dingue de faire un vrai décor (et en général je laisse tomber avant la fin)... Et puis en fait j'aime bien le côté "surréaliste-carton-pâte" des décors en 2D sans relief ni profondeur, alors pourquoi se gêner... ^^
