The picture was right there in my head and had to get out.
I rather like it, the only thing that bothers me is that the scan really doesn't do it justice. I tried, but didn't manage to get a better scan, tried to adjust it with Photoshop, but...
The original still looks ten times better.Anyway, I had a lot of fun with this. I like how she seems to stand in the middle of a theater background. I like the lack of perspective. I like her puffy red hair.
The dress is somewhat similar to my L'oiseau picture, I just can't get enough of big pretty dresses!
And YAY!! Buttons!! It had been too long since I last drew buttons.

No, actually the bricks were fine... I'm a detail sucker, these are big blocks of solid colour so it's a lot more easy than tiny details!

NOw tell me, 'cause I have to know: Do you colour your pictures with markers or in Photoshop most of the time? Because it's so detailed and whatnot - all of your work.
What markers do you use?

I have a couple of pictures colored with Photoshop in my gallery, but they're old ones. All my most recent ones (over 10 months old) are entirely colored with markers (I'm not very good with digital media, so now that I've discovered markers I no longer use Photoshop for coloring).
I use Pantone markers, from the brand Tria.
