- I finished one of my commissions (yay!!)
- It's so DAMN HOT in here. Seriously. It's 4am right now and I can't sleep because of the heat. So I thought, what the hell, I might as well draw.
It's been a long time that I've been wanting to draw this dress.... it's been in my mind for a while.
Also, it's been a while since I last drew a dress design for the sake of drawing a dress. So yeah - before I get flamed to death, I couldn't care less about the girl in itself, the whole purpose of this picture was to design this dress. So it is a fashion design.
My anatomy sucks on this one, and honestly I don't really care. That just wasn't the point. :3
Green makes such cute gothic lolitas.

(I'm turning the Critique button to 'discouraged' because honestly, I just drew this quickly for fun and there are a lot of mistakes that I could have avoided, and didn't care to correct, so... it's kinda pointless to critique. xD )

Really beautiful! Great design, color and lines! I love the shape of her leg. My only complaint is no matter how delicate the lady, her knees will always be bigger than her ankles. Her's are about hte same size and it makes her ankle look big and her knee look small.
But I love the costume design and she is absoluetly beautiful!

I adore it. You're right about the green, it works so well. I love the sleeves and those little green bead things that appear to be hanging. The shoes are amazing too. I would love to be able to draw the designs in my head but I am completely untalented in that area! Although it's artists like you that have been encouraging me lately to just take the time to practice and get back into my creative ways - I spend way too much time on here looking at other people's work when I could be making things myself! Anyway it's beautiful! x

well i think it's fantastic-i adore the way you draw hair all whispy an such, the pale green is such a nice break from black that you normally get in goth pictures-the flowers are such a nice touch
