Actually, I colored the pic with Photoshop, but it looks like color pencil because of the effect of transparency... I did the pic with pencil and I blur the pencil on Ginrei Kojaku and Seele Schneider a little, then color it with transparency, that's why it haves that looking.

But I really love to color with color pencils ^///^
