colgate must not have turn very well because the paper.it may have been too thin? if not,you can try to mark carefully with a cutter the folds,and make a squarier pony.what is it exactly that had happened?

in my paperpony folder there is a tutorial were you get to see the pieces cut.also the lyra tutotrial is better then the first tutorial(a bit)
