I would only be able to say the head is too big, but then again it is what you drew, so it is yours to decide....

if the face is tilted down the chin wouldn't seem as defined or large as the forhead and eyes. istead of looking like her head is tilted down it just looks like her shoulders are at her ears. like she's cold or in mid-shrug.

i think compared to the head they might be too small, but with the rest of the body it's proportioned right... maybe once you get the correct angle of the head it will fit better.
