Ok...ahem...for those of you who are wondering WHAT IN BLAZES IS GOING ON you have to ask the mischievous for an explanation.
You see, earlier she suggested that Boiler get his first tongue kiss [link] from Clivia as thanks for inviting Clivia and Vana to a night time pool party [link] Boiler did so knowing that they "don't do" daylight.
They are in a secluded area in the Townsville Public Library [link] that was smart enough to use in the pieces with Boiler and Clivia.

How is Boiler reaching his hideaway usually?

He teleports in and out, thus nobody can see him coming and going.
As far as I know, there is not another way in because of the convoluted architecture caused by the numerous uncoordinated remodelings of Townsville Public Library, which was constructed in the American Colonial era. There are numerous false passageways behind the walls, along with dead-end Cul-de-sacs. No real blueprint of the building exists, and when a remodel comes along, it's usually tacked on with no regard to function.
Boiler's teleporting power was inspired by the X-Men's Nightcrawler.

Actually, myself and Raingrass were planning to have Boiler take Hannah there soon as his first guest. She is working on Hannah's comic and backstory. Boiler was going to do this as a sign of trust.
Still will, no problem really. I mean, when you think about it, how many people have been in the freakin' Batcave for cryin' out loud? Dozens over the years. I think Clivia and Hannah will be about all...for now at least
I'm curious as to how the other vampire kids will react. Do they treat him as an intruder and her a traitor, or, because they respect her, realize she doesn't give her feelings on a whim, and treat him as an honored guest? Kind of like Richard Nixon and the Chinese. For decades afterwards, the Chinese government would only talk to Nixon because of his dealings with them as President. Thus, the saying, only Nixon can go to China. As for the Chemical X kids, I'll leave that up to Raingrass and the others.
