Sort of^^ The DevilPuffs Erciza Elayza and Evreza exist in both Dimensions and helped Blister to enter Boilers Dimension. And they secretly helped the Mirror-Vampirepuffs to enter, so that they can get Blister later.
Everything is working as planned so far

He won't be able to teleport directly to Boiler's place anymore obviously. However, he knows what building it is in. That's good enough. All he has to do is get inside at night. Maybe hide until daybreak when Boiler leaves. He can't teleport over long distances, but he knows the crawlways and like Hannah did, he goes straight for Boiler's. His objective is to steal some of Boiler's clothes. That's all he needs to cause some havoc!
