The program pack for upcomming icon/dock theme [link]Assembly line.
Might add more icons in a new version based on suggestions. So make more requests.

well i REALLY like those icons but the thing is...i have no idea how to get them working. ive downloaded them and i have the unzipped folder with all the icons but where do i put that?

Excellent! A few suggestions:
Office X versions of the Office suite
More Mac icons (Safari, Dashboard, Mail, Adium, iTunes, etc.)
Don't worry about releasing them in .icns format. Most people can convert them themselves.
