Rebecca 'Becky' Matsura like her best friend Coil, started as a street punk and member of the 6th. street Strikers.
She is vastly intelligent and taught Colleen how to hack ATMs.
Becky is powerful with her ability to manipulate and fire water blasts. She helped Colleen save a gravely wounded Maddie in near death and get her to safety at Guardian Hall.
After helping save the veteran heroine she decided to quit the Strikers along with Coil and join Maddies new team,the Dynamic Five.
At first, Becky had little confidence in her powers but after training alongside PhyreFrost, she developed more self confidence and control of her aqua powrs.
Recently Maddie appointed her the new Leader of the Dynamic Five after becoming Co-Leader of the Guardians.
