Star Trek: BreathlessPROLOGUE
Evolution: Many worlds throughout the galaxy have life and many beings started out from the primordial soup to evolve into the beings they eventually become.
For example on Earth. primordial primates evolved into Homosapiens but it took centuries for this to accomplish. All other worlds had the same course of evolution; from the Vulcans to the Andorians the Tellerites the Gorn and many others.
On Quronos homeworld of the Klingons evolution has created two forms of Klingons; the humanoid form called the henids and the hybrid form the Kreeg. The Henids started out as primitive amphibians that became humanoid biped air breathers. The Kreeg were primitive crustaceans that also formed into bipedal air breathing humanoids only they were more territorial and aggressive. This particular form of evolution took centuries to accomplish.
Both species eventually became the Klingons that were known and feared throughout the Galaxy. At first the more humanoid looking Klingons outnumber
