Colleen Del Gado is a mutant with the power to stretch her body into different shapes.
At the age of 13 Colleen discovered besides sprouting enormous breasts that she can stretch various parts of her body.
At first she would stretch her limbs at inopportune times but eventually she learned to control it and only stretch limbs when she needed to.

Growing up in Houston Texas Colleen is often getting herself into trouble because she is a tomboy.
Her parents, Eli and Lucy were at their wits end with her but didnt severely punish her. They thought Colleens older sister Karin would be a better influence on her but Colleen envied her. Thinking that she was a 'Miss Goodie Two-shoes' Karin manifested Superspeed when she was 13 and she tried to control them which left Colleen pretty much to do what she wants without worrying whether her sister would 'bug' her or so she thought as Karin usually kept her out of trouble.

When Colleen turned 13 her body blossomed. Her breasts were unusually large (34D) which was a joy to her since she envied her sisters body more than anything. Playing volleyball in school, Colleen stretched her arms as she tried to make a volley. At first Colleen and her team freaked out but then she enjoyed it. He was friends with F.L.A.G. agent Stan Smith and immediately had both sisters enroll in F.L.A.G. to learn how to control their powers. Colleen reluctantly agreed where Karin wanted to do it since her speed would be beneficial to the community.

Colleen was not particularly thrilled being in F.L.A.G., yet she did learn how to control her stretching, but she would still often use her breasts to try to punch out the instructors. She also met her best friend Rebecca "Becky" Matsura, a soft spoken Goth mutant with the ability to manipulate water into blasts and dehydrate targets.
When they graduated from F.L.A.G. Academy, Colleen registered since she was a mutant but did not stay for further training.
Neither did Becky, she eventually moved to Angel Falls.

Karin however stayed and became a superpowered agent then joined the Dallas based superhero team, the Texas Wranglers as the heroine Ricochet.
Colleen remained in Houston with her parents. Unfortunately Eli lost his election as Mayor then moved to Dallas to further his political ambitions and run for state Senator.
At 19 Colleen, being an exhibitionist and her breasts somewhat larger than when she first manifested her powers, (she`s 42DD now) is once again drawing unwanted attention, causing nosebleeds to guys and hitting girls with her breasts. Her father decided to put his foot down now that shes older. He said for her to 'Shape up and not be an embarrassment and try to be more responsible like her sister'.
Colleen had enough of his lectures and with her father always comparing her to Karin. She packed up her bags and left Dallas to Angel Falls.
When she got there, she reunited with her friend Becky and became room mates after they found an apartment in the West End. They both joined the Sixth Street Strikers; A gang of superpowered street punks.

POWERS/ABILITIES:

* Colleens skin and bones are malleable which makes her able to stretch her limbs at great lengths. The maximum she can stretch a limb is the length of a football field. Coils skin is also impervious to bladed weapons and bullets.
She can stretch all parts of her body and can shape herself into solid objects like a sphere, a block or any other shape she can imagine.
Colleen can even make herself taller or short, extremely buff and muscular or flat as paper.

* Colleen is a street fighter and brawler.
By expanding her fists and making them dense, She can stun targets and can also use her breasts to make a punch if she is being overwhelmed or surrounded. She calls this the BOOBY PUNCH.
* She also uses her breasts to incapacitate targets. She calls this her BOOBY TRAP:
By expanding and enlarging her breasts, She wraps them around a targets head. Using her enhanced strength she squeezes them tightly,Then makes them dense until the target is unconscious!
She can crush a robots heads easily and incapacitate a mecha-suit plus multiple targets.

* Like a Boa-Constrictor, Colleen can wrap her body and also her hair around multiple targets and can squeeze them until they are incapacitated or unconscious. She can crush a persons bones if she squeezes too tightly. Most especially when she uses her hair.

* Her hair, like her skin is also malleable and if she is being surrounded or needs to break open an object, She can form blades with her hair that can cut through steel and can even make a punch which also stuns targets.
* Colleens hair and body has enhanced Strength.
She can lift 10 tons and can even lift multiple barbells, people and objects!

* Coil is resistant to electricity. An enthralled Ms.Blitzen once hit Colleen with her ball lightning and it didn`t effect her.
She can even survive a hit from her Voltaic Sentinels 'Fluffies' and thunderbuster punches

* She has a super-jump which enables her to bounce great distances. She can also be able to glide in the air by expanding flaps between her arms and legs, like a flying squirrel.
* She recently learned how to fly on her own power by expanding her arms into pterodactyl wings

Weaknesses:

Coil is susceptible to cold.
Ice can solidify her skin and incapacitate her.
In Winter months, She has to cover her body to keep warm or else her skin will become brittle if she stretches.

If she tries to over stretch herself it will cause her pain and she will immediately stretch back to her normal state like a rubber band

Magical blades and swords can pierce and cut her.

DEMEANOR:

Colleen is out-going and is relatively easy to get along with.
But more often, She is not afraid to say whats on her mind which is often viewed as being a troublemaker or instigator because of her cockiness.
She can be very competitive and like Emily has a bit of a temper but not as fierce as the Atlanteans.
She is loyal to her best friend Blue Tide, Becky Matsura and will protect her even risking her life for her. They want to have a relationship with each other, but often a striking guy usually gets both of their attention!
She is not afraid to face someone either Taller or Stronger than her!

Coil is extremely smart and has extensive computer knowledge. She can hack into an ATM in seconds and other computer systems which Becky has taught her.

After she helped save the life of Maddie, Colleen is fiercely loyal to her now and is willing to follow her guidance to become a hero she thinks she should be!

Colleen is an exhibitionist and loves to expand her breasts in public which often gets her in trouble and embarasses Becky! Both Colleen and Becky are bi-sexual and want to have a relationship with each other.
Colleen likes to workout and most especially to weightlift. She trains daily to her body limber.
