Umm. I doodled Celebi one day, thought it was cute, then turned it into this. Not much else to say besides that. Except that I'm still not good at backgrounds..I haven't done any pokemon in quite a while, and not much when I did. Of course I did Celebi, it's my favorite pokemon.

I was pretty happy with the shading. I'd I'm say getting a bit better, at least a little. ^^
The onion shaped head is odd too. But I always found it cute. The innocent gentleness must be part of it.
