Her physical attack is surprisingly absurd, being able to blow up planets just by punching the ground, however Aruna doesn't aim to use her strength to kill or destroy, just leaving her opponent broken to the bone is more than enough for her.
She can leave that way whenever it wants, the Sun is its endless fuel along with the Phoenix, its strength only ends if it is out of sight of the Sun or if it is blocked
