since I was a very kid, the F-14 has always been my favorite plane ever...
it looks like out of science fiction already...

And the jolly rogers is the best decoration it ever get... I made it in a model

This shot is not only a superb model, it the perfect angle in a crazy beautiful light

Beautifully composed shot of my favorite plane in the military. The last time the Blue Angels air show came (MCAS Beaufort SC) I got a shot of one after talking to the pilots for awhile. Wish I had a setting like this though. I saw your shot of the B-2, one did a fly by at the same show. Damn it was awesome.

Lovely shot, reminds me of being on the USS AMerica when I was in a F-14 sqaudron. Nothing better then just sitting up on the plane whatching the sun go down, did that many a days.

It's such a wonderful juxtaposition: the beautiful plane against the beautiful sunset (sunrise?). I really like the angle too, but, and this is probably just 3am talking, but it makes me feel off-balanced. Probably the engineer in me-- it looks like it's going to fall over frontwise 0_o. The composition is really pretty ::: sky vs. deck and the light on one side vs. the shadow on the other...
