I really don't know anything about photmanipulation, but if I might make a suggestion it's that you put a little variation on the tattoos around her eyes. They look good, but they're quite flat because they're shadeless, and so they seem to be hovering in front of her, not on her skin. If you do some subtle lightening over the tattoos where there are light areas on her skin, it would look much more like it's really patinted/tattooed on her.
