Yeah you all get to pick characters and potions to use on them. I have a list of all available pre-made characters, feel free to make as much or as little story as you want.
Some that I like might become canon additions to the lore.

Middle purple (neon line)
1 stage darker purple
3rd down on grey section
Pink/magenta
1 stage above neon orange

2nd stage yellow (next to actual yellow)
2nd stage light blue (next to lightest blue)
