Backstory: At some point, "E" came across a scientist (well, she saved them from someone). They took a great interest in her ability to switch between her evolutions.
After hearing of the risks that come with such an ability, they decided to start developing something that would make it easier for her to evolve while retaining what little physical stability an Eevee would have. They also created a spare robot body in case things went wrong.

But by the time that the robot was finished, "E" grew used to the constant evolution and no longer had to worry about destabilization. So Instead of letting the robot gather dust, the scientist decided to give it an AI (Or let a Rotom possess it, I haven't decided). This is that robot.

General Abilities & Skills:
-She can fly, often with plane-like wings coming out of her back (It's more like a winged jetpack)

-She can concentrate elemental energy into the bracelets on her arms and like E, she often defaults to Electric/Water

-Originally, while R.E.S.E.A. could change the types of her blades, she couldn't evolve like her template.

-Sometimes, the scientist that created her adds a few adjustments to her current abilities and adds new ones. They still hasn't figured out how to give her an Ability (Or which one to give her)
