Description
Balefire Zoaroth, also known as Scarlet Horn Wyvern and Blue Flame Wyvern, are Subspecies of Zoaroth with a single, huge horn on their heads, their crests merging together to form a long ridge along their backs. Instead of electricity, the friction caused by the dragging of the red sparkplates on their bodies against surfaces, ignite intense blue flames along the channels of the armour plating. They also have a specialist sac in their chest that stores these blue flames for spitting fireballs, which glows intensely through their skin when enraged.
These monsters are larger and heavier than their relatives, and so much slower. Because of this, they evolved a long, sharp horn for increased attack range instead of a crushing skull and much thicker, more durable armour plating.
Its ultimate attack, when biting, scratching, stomping, tackling and tail swipes don't work, is to fire a powerful beam of blue fire that is hot enough to melt solid rock.
