Description
My own creation of a pokemon anthro. This is Tepeu (Teh-Pay-Hoo). He's a Lugia but special. For one, he's about the size of a Charizard. Second, he has hair and facial markings, plus his tongue and mouth are blue (just throwing that out there xDDD). Third, he likes to eat Pokemon. Yep. xDDDDDDD He'll be the focus of any "Vore" I decide to make and maybe find his way into some tickle tortures (either as victim or vice versa).
